allgig
the only disc i know of that will do that is a guy who was selling the 8.400 version on a disc...then you follow a couple steps and you can watch dvds while driving. you can get the 8.400 version for free from this site: http://mofv.com/mygig/ and just follow the directions to install it. then all you do is start watching a dvd while in park, press the audio button, put the truck in drive and take off, once you are moving simply press the done button to cancel out of the audio page and it will go back to playing the dvd while you are driving. that has to be what you are talking about since it is the only way to watch dvds in motion without a lockpick...so please don't waste 40 bucks to buy what you can get for free
Well, there are other ways to watch DVD in motion without a Lockpick - it's called ALLGIG-USB. It's about the same price as a Lockpick but without the audio dropout problems plagued by Lockpick.
On the $40 software hack, I've checked several times on the seller's website and they claim they have none available right now. I suspect the creator ran into some legal issues with Chrysler on hacking their MyGIG software and was probably forced to stop selling it. Just a hunch - I have not read any official statement on this. However, it does not take much effort to burn additional copies of a DVD software hack. None available? Hmm...
Anyway, even if this $40 hack is still available some people have pointed out that each new MyGIG application software update would render it useless and you'd have to purchase a new hack each time. I have posted a message to the creator of the hack on several occasions and he has yet to respond. Perhaps he is too busy dealing with some legal issues.
