Unhappy Autoanything experience?

Quick question. I ordered weathertech mats and RBP step bars for the truck and a little over a week later there is no shipping info. Has anyone had good/bad experiences with them? TIA

I have bought many things over the years from them. Very good customer service. If you are not sure about a product or install just call. I ordered the weather tech liners and they did take about two weeks to get to my door. I think weather tech may make these as they are ordered. I also bought side steps a while back and they arrived within a week. I see you have no shipping e-mail but I assume you have the order confirmation. Give them a call.

I've ordered quite a few things from AutoAnything and I've only had good experiences, however I did try and order the WeatherTech floor mats and when I received the order confirmation it said it would take 2 weeks to come in, so I cancelled the order and went right to WeatherTech (same price)---I'm still waiting for the floor mats, so I called yesterday since it has been over 10 days and they said they are made when ordered and take about 2 weeks to work through the orders. They said I should have them later this week--we'll see, they said I would have a shipping notification by today and still nothing. I think AA is good, it's the first place I start looking.

I had great experiences with them both online and over the phone.

Give them a call and ask.

Okay thanks guys.... I got the site from previous posts on this forum so I was wondering. I'm just not used to things taking that much time to ship. I'll be patient. It's hard to though with all the cool schtuff for the truck!

Are their shipping estimates pretty accurate? That's what I'm waiting on.
