Default Leveling Kit problems??

Have any of you guys that have had their kits in for awhile (5K+) experienced any premature wear on front end components? I've got a Daystar kit ready to go in but I'm not interested in it if its gonna give me issues down the road.
It's more for looks than anything but the truck will see some trails. We can also get socked with snow depending on the winter, so it will see 4wd usage.

I've posted this on a couple forums. Just looking for some feedback.

After 8000 miles with my daystar I had to have 2 tires and the rack&pinion replaced due to wear. Good Luck

I have a 2" leveling lift from ebay and have 9000 miles on it so far, with no problems. Make sure you get a good alignment after installation and you should not have problems with tire wear or steering component wear.
