4 Days old!
Got my truck on Friday. Drove around all weekend love it. Bring it in to get the bedliner sprayed by a zeibart shop. Do my walk around of my truck no scratches of any kind. Pick it up this afternoon and while i do my walk around of my truck, i notice about an 1" to 1.5" long scratch on my front facia. Super pissed. Guy didnt say anything to me about it and when i brought it up to him he said that he didnt do it and how could he tell that i didnt do it before i brought it in. but he ran to get the body shop guy next door to look at the scratch and said he would fix it. Do i let them sand it down and repaint the facia or just take it to the dealer and give the guy the bill. i didnt want it sanded down. Dont know what to do
Dude sorry to hear about that... First off how much did you pay for the spray in liner? Did you pay the guy in cash or card? Cause I would hault payment. Second go get an estimate from the dealer (obviously the cost will most likely be more but I would get a qoute)
TBH with you I would not i repeat would not have this guy's buddy do the work. If he was a sketch ball by not tellin you bout the scratch in the first place... Make him pay the cash and get it done right!!! GL

First off sorry that happened. I would take it to the dealer. I just bought an 09 Laramie CC that was a demo model. The truc had 4 paint chips on the fender driver side front fender above the headlight. The dealer repainted the fender. I asked them if they did a snad and blend or a complete repaint of the fender. I was told that for them to be a certified Chrysler Dealer and Repair center that Chrysler makes them take the fender completely off of the truck and re spray the whole fender. For that reason alone i would take it to the dealer and give the other shop the bill.
