Default wheel sizes
I wanted to ask around and find out what the minimum wheel size was for a SLT Big Horn? I was wanting to put on 17s with a good mud terrain tire and didn't know what size would work. I have also read up on a few suspension lifts and some said that the min wheel size was 18 in. Can anyone give me some input?

The SLTs can (usually do) take 17s.

17's are standard wheel for the slt
