my 99 van has the rear hvac system. the rear system has gone in the toilet. too expensive to fix.
i want to eliminate it. either plug the line or switch to a front only system.
problem i'm having is the local dealer cannot find the correct part number for the front line i need.
my current dual system has a label on the line with this number...55055527AE.
i looked at a 2001 3500 van with the single system. it has a label on the line assembly that is...P55055525AF.
this line looks like it will fit and be able to eliminate the rear system.
neither of these numbers do the dealer any good.
anybody parting out a 1998-2003 van?
