I was wondering if anyone could help me find a tutorial on how to remove both bumpers and Front upper bumper cover, or explain the process to me. Its basically because I'm going to swap them for chrome bumpers.

when i took my bumpers off i started with the rear bumper disconnected the lights and trailer hitch unbolted it from the frame and that was it. as for the bumper frame work i can't help. the front bumper you'll need someone to help its heavy and its difficult to remove. i left the upper section (plastic section) on the truck just because i couldn't fully remove it i think you have to remove the headlights in order to get to bolts or clips. i was able to loosen the plastic section enough to slide the bumper back on after it was line-x'ed. again all the extra frame work on the back side of the bumper you'll probably need to remove as well and i cant help you there.
