After much debate (had the truck 2 weeks so it couldnt be too much) I decided to go with what I knew. I had a Cherry Bomb Extreme on my 07 Silverado and loved it. Couldnt find any clips of 4G's with a CBE swapped in so I took a chance. Im glad I did bc it sounds GREAT. Very throaty and deep. However it does not drone or sound like a garbage in 4cyl mode. PLus at 50 bucks you cant go wrong .

Sounds sweet, too bad we couldn't get a few sound clips from different people while in and out of 4 cyl mode. I guess that would be kind of hard to do being that you would have to be driving it with the wind interfering, lol!

 

Thanks, took it on the highway from 65-85mph and no resonance from the 4cyl mode. You hear it a little in the city when cruising say at 40 or so and it kicks in. Almost like a boat trolling. Not bad at all though. I love it so far.
