Default tires and aftermarket rims

hey guys. well this is my first post. So i just got my first dodge truck and i love it! Its a 2010 3500 slt Crew cab. I want to put 18in rims on it and some Toyo Open Country MTs (275/70R18). So my question is will they fit without a level or lift kit?

Thanks Brent

According to "Discount Tire Direct tire size calculator" comparing the 275/60/20 that came factory on my 09 1500 4x4 crew cab and the size your looking at is:****width**** 10.83 inches on both tires/**** height*** yours is .17 inches taller at 33.16 mine is 32.99.
Not sure what the difference is in front end clearance specs between the 1500 and 3500. Or if your in a 4x4.
Try the site and compare to what you have now and also the sizes they recommend. They usually give you a half dozen choices. However I didn't see the 275/70/18 on the recommend sizes for your truck. here's what they have in 18's for a non dually 3500. (links don't work I was just too lazy to copy everything)
265/65-18
275/65-18
285/60-18
305/60-18
