2009-11 Ram Tailgate Handle with camera hole $20

Up for sale is a tailgate handle for 2009-11 Dodge Rams. There is a hole drilled in it for a backup camera. $20 shipped OBO.

Question? Does this mean that one can remove the camera from the handle? I need another camera (pulling the tailgate off for a camper install) to mount under the camper.
