Question about MPG drop

My friend has a 2010 Crew cab 4X4 with Hemi. He says he has noticed a considerable drop in MPG recently. Anyone else have this issue?

What is recent? The past 3-4 months? Where does he live?

Wonder if it's because of a higher concentration of ethanol in the fuel he bought. Heard it can be up to 15% now.

MPG can be effected by so many things that this question is almost ridiculous.

NE Arkansas. Nothing has changed habit-wise. He seems to think the computer isn't killing cylinders to save.
