Question 2009 Laramie Crew driver seat problem

Hi all, My driver side seat controls seems to have died. The lumbar portion works and the two memory programed settings work, however the buttons to control the forward backward, up & down is not working at all? I know the motors are OK, because when I toggle between memory setting 1 & 2, the seat moves fine. The passenger side also works fine.

I checked all the wires under the seat and also looked at every fuse in the fuse box engine compartment. Is there a remote fuse somewhere?

Anyone know what might be the issue?

Thx!

I would certainly suspect the switch itself, or the connections to it.

Update:

Went to dealer who spent about an hour on the truck. They told me it was the driver side seat module that went out. They did not stock this module and had to order it. Took about 45 minutes to install. I asked to see the old part when it was removed and it was a black box with about 4 plug in locations. the parts man said it controlled the seat movement as well as the heating and cooling features. This black box is right under the front driver seat. Looks pretty easy to switch out once warranty runs out. This repair did not cost me a dime as my ride is still under warranty... Just paying it forward to anyone who is having this problem and their truck is out of warranty...
