Help with Dealership Service
hey guys just wondering if you guys can give me some tips. I brought my vehicle back in for the 3rd time after. 1st time they reprogrammed the TIPM (total integration power module), 2nd Replaced it, now 3rd i notice the tabs are broken that hold the module/fuse box in. The are not working with me. I looked at my buddy truck and u can clearly see that there are taps holding it and the fuse box doesnt move. my brother went down to the dealership to try show them and they service adviser disappeared. i just called the service manager but he has yet to return my call. this whole or deal sucks. When i brought in this morning the service adviser said he thought it was busted too and then showed it to his tech and said it was fine per the drawing. its obviously not. ideas?????
after you get your box fixed, find a new dealer to have your service done.
i pass two dealers to get to my preferred service techs.
in the end, it's worth an extra 30 minutes to me.
I had about 8 trips during the first 6 months (bad service locations), and 2 visits during the next 18 months (good service location).
some dealers get it, some unfortunately don't

Go to the Chrysler website and contact them with either an email or a phone call. This way you have some one intervening for you. This will also create a record in the Chrysler database.
