Default Fog lights

I have a question about the fog lights on my fathers 09 Ram. He had the front bumper replaced and now I notice that the fog lights are not level if you park a couple of feet away from something. I know that the headlights, the right one is aimed different, but what about the fogs? I was driving in front of him and noticed that the passenger side was almost blinding me in my rear view mirror. He told me that there is no adjustment on the fog lights. Is that true? Oh and the replacement bumper was a Mopar one. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your response. Do you know if they are suppose to be level or is one suppose to aim higher?
