^^This picture worries me. I've never seen "Unused" Tuner status. I'm pretty sure that Unused means Brand New which tells me that you snapped this picture BEFORE you tuned your ride, Otherwise, there would be the last 8 of your vin and it would say returned to stock.
I'm leary on this one.

 

No it’s not new. When I returned my truck back to stock settings the chip stayed locked. It said that there was a custom tire pressure setting. My truck doesn’t even have that feature. So I called Superchips and they gave me a special download to fix the lock and that reset the tuner to new. That is the current condition of the tuner. I can provide the serial number and Superchips phone number so this can be verified.
