Fog Lights

Does anyone know if all 2009's come with the sme wiring harness when assembled? Reason I ask is I hope there is an empty plug hanging somehwere for the OEM fog lights I am going to install. Dealer replaced front bumper under warranty - gave me one with fog cut outs as a favour

cause I know the manager.
