As the title states. I recently got a 2010 1500 and found a 2004 receiver on craigslist. My truck has the bumper hitch but not a receiver. I thought it was weird to have the trailer hookups but no receiver. Anyone tow with a ball on the bumper. The bumper assemby looks beefy like a reciever does but the height will be the prolem for me. I have a little 4x8 trailer and even with my dakota I had a drop-down style hitch. Thanks for any info.
