Anyone has one?
I am wondering how long it takes for the "front/rear axle lock"engage when i set it?

I can take up to 5 min and i have most of the time to struggle with the truck back and forth so it engages....

 

Try turning your front wheels and drive forward. If it is like most transfer cases then the front and rear driveshafts need to get syncd up for the lock collar to enguage. Driving forward and back in a straight line doesn't cause that to happen.
