The Lonestar edition (or Big Horn outside Texas) is basically an SLT with an appearance package.

Good look'n truck none the less !!!
One think I would like to ask,,,,how are you contending with door dings in the sides of your doors.

Reason I ask,,,, I am now searious considering add ing some sort of strip. I like GM's idea on my traded in '01 Chevy of running it from the back of the front well to the front of the back well, not just at the doors.

Well I haven't really had to worry about door dings because most of the time I park my truck in the back 40...Especially at Wal-Mart...all the lazy stupid inconsiderate people who leave carts out in the parking area and just open their doors and not give a rats *** if they damage the vehicle next to em...so I steer clear of parking next to others...

Well I agree with your logic of the exercise, rather than a permanent reminder of the time you though you would be safe and found that spot and later discovered,,,,. Anyways Glad your doors is still prestine.
I got mine on the second day after taking delivery. You know in looking over a VERY high persentage, all across the manufactures line, they seem to leave out these rubber strips on the new models contrary to the models in the past. I see GM & Ford still does on their trucks though. Notice sometime on all of them.
I plan to go ahead and buy the 22' length with what width & contour I have not quite made up my mind on, BUT WILL for sure !!!!
thanks for the chat, wish'ya continued luck on those doors guy,,,,be safe.
