How much lift do you want? What size tires are you planning on running? Is this for show or are you going off-road a lot?

I bought the same truck in July. I purchased a 2" tough country leveling kit that lifts the front only and allows you to keep the stock struts. It installed in about 2 hours in my driveway. The only problem was the truck sat nose high now. So i installed a 1" Top Gunz Customs lift in the rear coil springs. That took about an hour with a loaner spring compressor from Autozone. I probably would go with 1.5" in the back if i did it again. Truck rides the same and no " 4wd death wobble" as of yet. If you dont know what that is seach these forums or google it before you lift the truck.

I have the 4 inch rough country, installed myself solo in my garage, took 12 hours but also took my time, no complaints!

You may want to do some homework and research this all out before you lift your 4th gen ram. Lot of people having problems with certain kits.
