I bought the same truck in July. I purchased a 2" tough country leveling kit that lifts the front only and allows you to keep the stock struts. It installed in about 2 hours in my driveway. The only problem was the truck sat nose high now. So i installed a 1" Top Gunz Customs lift in the rear coil springs. That took about an hour with a loaner spring compressor from Autozone. I probably would go with 1.5" in the back if i did it again. Truck rides the same and no " 4wd death wobble" as of yet. If you dont know what that is seach these forums or google it before you lift the truck.
You may want to do some homework and research this all out before you lift your 4th gen ram. Lot of people having problems with certain kits.
Anybody have some videos of the 4th gen "Death Wooble" after a lift kit was installed...?
Dont know if this will help or not, but i thought i`d post it anyway.

Not for 4th gen, but maybe you can contact them to see if they now make one for your 4th gen truck(s)
