Default Chip Programmer to Change Tire Size?

With the new tires I am planning on putting on being larger than stock, I may be keeping my other set as winter tires.

I want to change the truck's computer to the new larger tire size so the speedo is accurate. I know I can go to the dealer and do this, but I was wondering what, if any, basic programmer I could get to do this?

I figure it will be cheaper in the long run if I can do the programming change myself instead of bringing it back to the dealer twice a year when I swap between the summer and winter tire sizes.

I am not necessarily looking for a full blown programmer that does a million things, primarily because I do not know that much about them but I really don't have too much interest in heavily chip modding the truck.

I have a 2010 1500 TRX.

Honestly, just get a Superchips Flashpaq. Not just for the ability to quickly change tire sizes, but for everything else it can do as well.

Performance tune, custom tranny tune, turn off MDS, clear codes, etc.
