Default 2009 Ram 2500 Hemi

I have a 2009 Ram 2500 Hemi ST. There is an odd high pitched whistle/wheezing coming from the truck. Its not loud, is this normal? Seems to be most noticable when accelerating. I just got the truck and didnt notice it before. Yesterday was our first really cold day, below freezing all day. Could this be the cause?
I have a 98 1500 with a 5.9 and the sound is very similar to the one the old truck makes when you dont get the air filter housing attached right and its sucking air. All the hoses seem to be connected and tight, anything else to check for?

Try posting in the 3rd Gen section maybe someone there had the same issue. The 2500 didn't change to the 4th Gen style until 2010.
