Default Fault Code P0628 Coming up on my new 2013

Start getting a check engine light last week on my new 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Crew Cab Laraime.

The code is P0626 - Fuel Pump A - Ctrl Circuit Low .

The mechanic at dodge order a Fuel Control Module but won't be in for 2-3 weeks.

Does anyone have any thoughts to this issue?

Thanks

Clay

Burn the truck in front of the dealership. That's your only choice.

Haha, that will get you 11/29 to be alone with your thoughts.

Ran across one of these yesterday. Will let you know what the resolution is.

Leikathedog,

I'm happy to hear that the module arrived and your concerns were resolved.

Yep, that was it. They are pulse width modulating the fuel pump from a separate module now.

PWM for fuel pump control, very cool. Makes sense if you think about it, that would make for some pretty precise control.
