HI I am trying to remove my dash on my 2005 dodge ram hemi. I have all the screws I can see. but it is stuck somewhere.

I was looking into doing the same to my truck. I never fully pulled it out though.
Everything that read and saw diagrams of showed the center console (radio, hvac control) has to be fully taken out. Unplug the wire harnesses and pull that piece out. It also showed the steering column hanger being in bolted from the dash and then the steering wheel and column being laid down towards the seat.
That is all I can see from the pics and from my experience.

Ok, but not even the passenger side will come out. shouldn't the passenger side at least come out a bit?

 

its like the air vents are holding it in place.

Its just the top dash. I really don't see why I need the cup holder removed. But everything is removed like in the pic still.
