Default 2012 6.7 cummins DTC! Need help ASAP!!

This morning shortly after leaving home my truck showed an electric DTC. The engine started running rough and about died out a couple times. Stopped and shut of the truck, read and cleared the code, and restarted truck. Ran rough for 5 seconds or so, sounded like an old 12 valve, and then cleared up and ran fine rest of the way to work. Leaving work it set off the same code however truck seemed to still run normally. Code was P0653: sensor refrence voltage B circuit high. Dealer told me the code was a generic ECM code and could indicate an ECM issue. Both times the truck coded were following it sitting for hours and engine was cold, occurred while driving but with low engine temp. cleared the code the second time once engine was warm, started back up, and drove for a couple hours including multiple stops which the truck was turned off for a short time each stop, but engine never sat long enough to cool. Code never reappeared for the duration of the trip. truck seemed to run and perform normally during this time. It makes me think there is some relation to it sitting for a while or running cold. Local shop can try reprogramming my mini maxx but am looking for any advice or thoughts from anyone who may be able to help or have experienced similar issues running an H&S. Really hoping this is an easy fix. Initial thoughts were possible injector issues due to rough engine operation, but as I said, the second time the code popped up the engine did not seem to suffer at all. It is a 2012 6.7 and only performance mods are the mini maxx tuner and flo pro 5" dpf delete exhaust. Truck has 60,000 kms and chip and exhaust have been on since 20,000. never had an issue with anything until now. Need help fast! I have some long hauls coming up and need this truck reliable!
