Unhappy 2013 1500 Laramie 4x4 initial questions

I can't find clear answers on these questions I have and I'm hoping someone can chime in to assist me.....I have the 8.4N 7".

1. If I walk away from the vehicle when running and close the door, the system starts beeping saying KEY FOB LEFT VEHICLE (or similar) and my passenger heard all this beeping. I got back but the EVIC display and noise did not end. I had to shut off the engine and restart to get this to quit.
Is that normal or shouldnt it correct itself once I returned?

2. If I setup the climate controls to AUTO, will it direct air flow to the defrost (windshield) based on ambient temperature, say in a cold morning?
And if so, does this also work automatically as well with remote start?
Can I link mirror defrost along with all of this in AUTO mode?

3. Seat heat...I know I can set this to activate with the auto-start but I have noticed (randomly) that with the climate control set to manual, sometimes I start the rig and seat/steering wheel heat come on but only for the driver side <?> and this seems random. Is it outside temp sensitive and if so, why not the passenger when there is one sitting in the seat?

4. How do you match the personal settings to the key fob? - I figured out how to set the seat memory (using the seat buttons) but mirrors and other settings remain a mystery...

I cant find any clear answer in the manual (yet) so I figured I'd post in here with my most pathetic questions I cant seem answer yet...

Thanks guys.....
