Default 4 trips back to the tire shop so far

So I bought a new set of winter tires at the beginning of November and so far today marks my 4th trip back to the tire shop. When I first got the. I noticed a vibration as I drove, went back the next day just figuring they needed to be rebalanced, didn't help. Went back again and they tried rebalancing again and still don't help. Went back a 3 rd time and they figured one of the needs may not have set properly so they took them off the rims remounted and re balanced them again this was on Wednesday. Today I noticed one of the centre caps are missing so now they have to order me a new one. I still haven't been able to tell if the tire thump is fixed. Wa got a big bump of snow the last few days so the roads are rough regardless.

I guess my question is has anyone else had this much trouble getting a set of tires mounted on a set of 20" stock rims? Any suggestions?

Try a place that does road force balancing, or just get some balance beads and internally balance them.

I haven't heard of balance beads either. Doubt they have them up here either tho.

I'm tempted to try the other tire shop and see if they can fix it but I don't really want I get another bill for brand new tires.
