Cold start ups always run rich, some richer than others, temperature difference in engine exhaust and outside temperature creates condensation, water tends to wash any residue in the exhaust line out and you have the black exhaust and a black pattern on your driveway. This has been going on for longer than I have been alive and I am pretty old.

Probably is running a little richer than most others with this cold weather. If you are concerned that it may be oil, just keep an eye on the level and just monitor that over a period of time. But, more than likely it is a rich cold start up.
