how much lift to squeeze in 315/70/17 on TRX4

how much lift to squeeze in 315/70/17 on TRX4

on a 2010 TRX4.
I think those are about the same as a 35" tire. Will a mild spacer style lift do it, or do I need flares as well?
Sorry if this is old news, I'm new to trucks and appreciate the help.
