Default How to remove bed plugs?

I'm about to put a set of no-drill bed rails on my 2013 quad cab and it has open holes in the rear of the bed and plugs or fillers in the front bed pockets, does anyone know the correct way to remove these? They look sorta like molded into the black bed cover. Thanks,

I thought they looked like they would have to be cut out. I want it to still look good though. Thanks
