Default Gear ratio

I bought used 2012 Ram and don't know the gear ratio. Is it printed any where or do I have to jack it up and spin the drive shaft and count the revolutions?
Thanks

You can either look at the tag that should be on the diff, or go to the ram website and request the build sheet for your truck. I'd also check your owners manuals to see if they stuck the window sticker in with it.

If that doesn't work you can go to any dealer and request a single vin inquiry. That will give you a print out of all the factory options your truck came with.

This way will also show you if the PO changed gears.

Or PM DodgeCares (user on this forum) and they will look up your vehicle info for you.

Click on Equipment List in the left column and type your VIN information in and it will give you a list of OEM equipment on your truck.

That did it. It has a 3.55 with out limited-slip. Thanks to every one who tried to help me.
