Is it possible to put a stock sat/nav deck from a 2010 dodge 2500 into a 2009 dodge 1500?

 

Should be no issue. 09'-11' should have identical setups.

 

It'll still be just plug and play even if the old radio is basic?

 

It should be no issue. I had the basic radio in my 06' and swapped it for the Mopar REC GPS unit and other then having to add the GPS antenna (which took about 15 minutes to route under the dash) it was a direct plug in and everything worked perfectly. The harness is the same.
