Default Panic alarm when locking doors

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie, and am curious about this. I have a habit of making sure the doors of my truck are locked before going to bed each night. A couple of times now I hit the lock button on the fob and the panic alarm starts going off. I know it will go off if someone inside tries exiting after you lock it, but this is right when I push the button?

Senigma,

Is this happening with both key fobs, or just one? In some cases, if the circuit board is damaged, the pressing of one button may interfere with other functions of the fob.

How often does the panic alarm go off? Is it becoming more frequent?
