Default 2012 Ram 1500 Stereo Wiring

I am looking to install a new headunit in my truck as it is just a plain jane truck. It doesnt have any special features. In my 2011 Dodge Dakota I was able to just wire in to a cigarette lighter power source to gain power and avoid having to use the CANBUS system adapter. Does anyone know if this is still possible in the RAM and if so which wire is it?

You should only need the CANBUS adapter if you are trying to retain factory steering wheel controls and other integrated features. If you simply want to just retain the factory power and speaker wires i believe you need only to buy a basic wiring harness adapter which typically costs about $20.00. A car stereo place would be your best bet for an accurate answer in a hurry. I changed my factory radio but wanted all the standard features so my adapter was pricey.

I don't have any of the factory controlled features like steering wheel controls and such, and I already have the harness from my dakota which is the same as the ram. I was just wondering which wire to hook in to for power is all.
