Error Codes P0868, P0734, P0735 Please help

Error Codes P0868, P0734, P0735 Please help
2009 Dodge Ram 1500 with 100,000Km
I did a DTC code diagnostic and got:
P0868- Transmission Fluid Pressure low.
P0734- Gear ratio 4 off
P0735- Gear ratio 5 off
Also, when it shifts to 4th sometimes it gets stuck and the power drops significantly.
Anyone able to diagnose this for me and tell me what the problem most likely is and how much it usually costs?
