Default Turn MDS Off with a Tuner: For those who have done it.

I have two questions I cannot seem to find straight answers to:

1. Can a tuner permanently turn off MDS? What I mean is, can I use a tuner to turn off MDS so that it will never activate again (unless I want it to someday)?

2. If so, what tuner has been proven to do this and you recommend?

FYI I have a 2010 Ram 1500 Lonestar Hemi QC 2WD

I appreciate your guidance

Yes.

Trinity, Bullydog, Intune plus others. You can also just select 5 or 6 on the tranny (not sure what the 10's have for a top gear) and the MDS will not engage. But you will have to do this each time you start the truck. Way cheaper then a tuner if the sole reason you are buying one is to disable MDS.

SuperChips can turn it off as well. It's the #1 reason I bought it.
