Default 2011 Ram canbus?

Looking at upgrading lights. Which lights are canbus? I know the headlights are and fogs are not. What about brake, turn, reverse?

Brake and turn are. Backup lights are not. I bought the Spyder LED taillights and they are plug and play. 10 minute install and they flash at the same rate as halogen and no bulb out alarms. The Recon versions will work without issue as well. I just found the Spyder models to be brighter and better quality and a alot less money.

EVERY power output is operated by a computer, directly or indirectly. The days of a manual switch input directly sending power anywhere are pretty much gone.

Agreed. But i think (IMO) the thread starter is asking what lamps can he change to perhaps LED or HID where he will not have "BULB OUT" messages, flickering, etc.

All i have learned from first hand experience is headlights, fog lights and back up bulbs can be changed to any type of Halogen bulbs with no issues at all and brake/tail/turn signals can be changed to Spyder or Recon full LED housings with no issues.
