Default Clicking noise from hub assembly

I have a 2010 ram 2500 diesel just got my truck back form the dealer they replac d injector pump since it was leaking I had a ticking/clicking noise coming from drivers side hub assembly they said it was bad so I replaced it yesterday but now I still hear the noise when the wheel is turned sharp one way or the other sounds like it's coming from the assembly still. What could this be? Axle? Wheel joint is good I replaced last year what else could make the assembly click like this when turning? Any help is appreciated

A 2500 won't have a cv joint, it sounds like a bad outer u-joint to me. Did you feel the joint when you had the hub out?
