I have a 2010 ram 2500 diesel just got my truck back form the dealer they replac d injector pump since it was leaking I had a ticking/clicking noise coming from drivers side hub assembly they said it was bad so I replaced it yesterday but now I still hear the noise when the wheel is turned sharp one way or the other sounds like it's coming from the assembly still. What could this be? Axle? Wheel joint is good I replaced last year what else could make the assembly click like this when turning? Any help is appreciated
Yea only when turning sounds like bearing in hub assembly or something...but hub assembly is new and the noise never went away the Cv joint could make that happen?
Yea it felt good but I just looked at it and the one seal is cracked around the cup it's gotta be bad there is no movement tho it must just be when I turn and put some torque to it
Yeah I replace the wheel joint behind the hub and the one part of the U joint was bad the deal was broke replaced it and now the noise is gone thanks a lot for the help
