2014 1500 Radio Auto Play?

2014 1500 Radio Auto Play?
I recently bought a 2014 1500 and I've run into an issue with the radio.
1. When I start the truck the radio auto turns on to the last FM/AM band I was listening too.
2. If I have a device plugged into the USB port, unplug from the USB port, it goes to the last FM/AM band I was listening to.
How do I keep the deck from auto starting on the radio or going to the radio when I unplug a device? I don't want to constantly have to turn the volume down. I want to decide when i play the radio or device.
