remote start problem

Default remote start problem
so i just bought an 09 ram, and the keyless remote start is not working. everytime i try it it just locks the truck acting as the lock button. seen online that you can change the pattern. maybe previous owner changed? anyway to reset? help please.

Ok. Let's get some more info. Is it aftermarket? Who did you buy it from? Dealer or private sale? Is the vehicle equipped with remote start? Is it an OEM fob?

Soory it took me forever to get back on here. If yall can still help me out. Nope its stock all laramies comecwith em i found out. I bought from a dealer. And its the original key/remote start. Its a 09 dodge ram hemi 4x4 laramie quad cab. Thank you

Under warranty??? Take it to the dealer,or you should
Try Replace My Remote as a new dealer?
