Ok, I tried the search but the results tell me stuff way over my head or not what I need (like tire sizes). I'm in need of simple answers because I just need a wheel for a spare tire. The question: 4th gen Ram 1500's have 17" wheels compatible with 3rd gen?

Specifically, I have a 2005 quad cab 4x4 1500 with the stock/standard steel wheels, and if the answer is yes it will increase my knowledge and odds in finding a used wheel, because I'm not spending extra money unnecessarily for a new one. Appreciate your help. Thank you.
