Default 2010 1500 hemi changed serpentine belt & sprayed dressing & still squealing?

Just bought a 2010 that just turned 67000 miles. Should have had the dealer fix the squeal and align it but lesson learned. Truck was babied but that's all it needed. Old man and I changed the serpentine belt after a heck of a time finding the right diagram. No squeal at all for 2 days, then a slight squeal. Added some dressing this morning and hold crap it's sounds like a school girl at a justin beiber concert. Tensioner didn't feel loose, AC works fine, truck doesn't run hot, battery had juice as well.

Any ideas? It's a beautiful truck and I love it, but it's driving me nuts.

It's started to quiet down, which makes me think thedressing is wearing off?
