1996 Dodge Neon FOR SALE
I am selling my 1996 manual 5-speed SOHC Dodge Neon. I bought the car for 500 and put another 500 into it. The car was bought off a guy in his early 20's. This car has a lowering kit on it and custom rims. Mileage is about 150,000...I say "about" because when I bought it none of the guages worked and the odometer read 143,000 (Some fuses were blown and aparently the previous owner did not know how to replace them ). Guages work now.
The GOOD:
Runs great, gets about 30-35 mpg respectively, 4 Door, clutch is NOT slipping (replaced about 10,000 miles ago), custom rims worth more than the car
The BAD:
Leaks oil (only about 1 qt a month), has passenger side damage (below doors, previous owner hit parking block; doors work good), interior needs a MAJOR bath, small rips in headliner, small burn holes in seats (I have seat covers on now), because of lowering kit the car rides rough I know this is expected for any lowered vehicle, but I am 35 and too old for it This car is PERFECT for a teen looking to supe up a car...
I want to trade this car for a motorcycle. I am looking for a Honda CB750 Chopper or any Jap bike. I am open to suggestions
