I just pulled a 2.4L DOHC from a '01 Stratus with 95k. The head is good, has intake, exhaust, wiring, throttle body, injectors, fuel rail, rollers, etc...
It spun a rod bearing. It was running when removed, but knocking lightly from bottom end. It should be rebuildable with oversized rod bearings.
