$400....that's way too much for a PCM. Good luck selling it, but I doubt you get that much for it. You can get a Mopar PCM for around $200. You should also specify if it's for an auto or manaul.

thing is that i bought this from the dealer. i bought it for $580. only used for about 5 mins after realizing i didn't need the part and it is for an automatic.
