e and a friend of mine were talking about the performance of our neons and he had mentioned finding a site that had stroker engines for the neon, Im not sure how true this is but if anyone can confirm that there is a stroker made for the neon it would be greatly appreciated. im looking for something more powerful than the srt-4. every one is doing srt swaps and i want to do a real custom job on this car

 

they make a stroker kit for our 2.0, to a 2.2, or even a 2.4......just have to go to howellautomotive.com, and look at the engine kits, simple as that

 

that may be what he was referring to. he has a gen 1 neon that puts about 175hp to the ground. its pretty sweet, its just too bad he is sellin it.

 

The 2.2 is the stroker ,the 2.4 is a stroke and boring kit.
