foresale brand new R3 built motor and trani
ok guys, i finally ran out of intrest in my project. my plans were to build a twin turbo dakota. it took over 2 years for me to just get the motor done. in this time i just lost intrest in the whole project. so i would like to sell what i have so far.
R3 360 LA motor stroked and punched out to a 420--brand new casting
the motor is loaded with top of the line stuff.
oliver billet rods
ross pistons--ceramic coated
indy intake manifold
indy cnc'd cylinder heads
wilson fuel rails
98 lbs injectors
crs water pump
shaft mounted rockers
flat tappet cam
the list goes on. i will get more specific with a potenal buyer. i have over $12,000 in parts, labor, and machine work in and on the motor. the motor was set up for twin turbos. the motor was made to handle well over 1600 hp. we were shooting for 1300. as it sits now, it has 8.2-1 compression. the motor has been on a engine dyno to break in the cam and the rest of the motor. it has run for over 2 hrs on a engine dyno to verify everything was up to par. the valve covers have been removed and all the lashed were checked to verify the cam was broke in correctly. i have some pics of the parts before they were installed and i have a few pics of the motor assembled. i will send the pics to any serious buyers
next thing i have------- a TH400 transmission made to handle 2000hp with a mopar bellhousing. it fits the above motor and most internal parts a billet. come with a manual valve body, trani brake, flywheel and adaptor, torque converter(4500 stall) the bell housing has been SFI approved. i have all the paper work to it. it was built by JW transmissions. it is still tied down to the shipping crate they sent it to me in.
this trani si their top of the line trani. i have over $5500 in this. i can fax over the order forms and email pics to any serious buyers.
i know i wont get what i have invested, so my loss is your gain. but i wont give them away either !
