Default Link Error

I'm new to this forum and I get an error when using the Dodge Recalls & TSB link. Is there an issue with the server or I'm I the only one with the issue? I get the following error

Thanks for feedback

ASP 500 Error
DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied

I have the same problem. This seems to have become inaccessible shortly after my dealership had to do what was obviously an expensive TSB job on my Dak(both rear brake assemblies and R/Laxle shafts). The tsb was rear brake vibration due to hard braking at highway speeds. Is it possible Dodge had this link shut down?
