Site Censors

I would like to know the meaning of some of the censors on this site. First and foremost, why are the URLs for an AutoTrader link blocked?

The word v irtually. Why in the hell is this blocked? Makes no sense!
There are also a few commonly used words (not curse) that are blocked like the one above, but I cannot think of them! ****

sites that spam on DF are censored out... This is a family friendly site, so words are censored as the owners of the site see fit.

It's because of a little site that spammed here. I'll see about fixing that.

What AutoTrader link was blocked? Can you link me to the thread?
