can any one take this pic and make it the right size(or whatever) so i can add it to my profile?

any help would be great!!

Free online graphics editor, to resize avatars (http://mister.net/help/freeonlinegraphiceditor.htm)
I think the largest allowed is 125 x 125

The max size is 145x145...
